Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy:

We only ask for a 20% Deposit and we do anticipate that you will be over-joyed when you receive your oil portrait from photo. We do send you a digital proof to your email before excepting your painting and of course you can request up to 3 alterations from us without charge. This guarantee is really quite simple. You don't like it after 3 alterations. You don't pay. Your Shipping, Handling, and Frame will be refunded. Everything.  

After receiving your portrait:  If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your oil painting. You may return your oil painting to us within 15 days of receipt of delivery. Everything will be refunded to you except the shipping fees. Buyer is also responsible for any return shipping fees.  All returns must have a pre-approved return authorization number posted clearly on the package or the returned item will be rejected and returned to sender.

Cancel an Order:  Please contact us via email and type in Cancel Order in the subject area. If we have not processed the order, we will refund 100% of your money less a $10 administration fee.  If the order has been processed and the artist has started on your painting a $20 or 10% cancellation fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure you include your name, phone number, invoice number and date of order.

Damaged Painting During Transit:  If you have received a painting that was damaged in shipping. Please return the painting to Anything Painted On Canvas. Please be sure to include the Return Authorization Number clearly posted on the outside of the returning package. We will either repair or replace your painting with a new painting using the same identical photo only.
