How do I order?

(You can check out our step-by-step guide here!)

1. Choose your medium (oil, watercolor, pencil - if you need something else, contact us for a custom quote).

2. Pick a size.

3. Choose the number of subjects (every person, pet, and vehicle in your completed artwork is a subject. Some sizes have limitations on the number of subjects.)

4. Upload your photo(s).

5. Click add to cart.

How do I do a 20% down payment?

We give you the option of paying your total balance up front, so you do not have to hassle with additional invoices in the future, or selecting the "20% down payment" option in the cart. Once you select this option, we will send you a custom invoice.

When you receive your invoice, please make sure you enter your payment information and process it instead of clicking "20% down payment" again, as this will cause your order to be in a pending status.

Do I get to see the artwork before it's delivered?

Yes! We work with you through this entire process to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the final product. We will send you the initial design mock up before we send it the artist, and then we will send you a photograph of the final product before the artist ships it to our fulfillment center. You have veto powers throughout the process.

What if I don't like the finished artwork?

Because all artwork is completely painted by hand, there may be slight differences in likeness. If you don't like the finished product, the artist will keep working on it until you're satisfied. Check our refund policy for more information.

I need this artwork really quickly.

No worries! We can provide rush processing. It is very important that you contact us ASAP for rush processing so we can get to work immediately.

Do you do wholesale?

Yes, we do. If you need a high volume of artwork, please contact us.

Is it really 100% hand painted?

Yes! Our artists start with a completely blank canvas, and paint your artwork entirely by hand.

Some other sites offer hand painted giclee. What is that?

Giclee is a process of printing on canvas. When you get a 'hand painted' giclee, this means that they have first printed the photograph on the canvas, and then applied a thin layer of paint on the top to give it the appearance of being hand painted. Unfortunately, the ink and the paint will mix over time, and you may start to see colors fading, or yellowing. This also cannot be fixed, so if you want artwork that will last lifetimes, make sure you're going with 100% hand painted.

I need my artwork very fast, and I understand that it will not last as long. Can you offer me a giclee print?

By request, we can get you a giclee print. Contact us for more information.

Why am I limited to the number of subjects I can have for certain sizes?

We want you to be happy with the finished artwork, and stuffing too many subjects into too-small of a painting results in low detail. In an 8x10, a person's face is about the size of a quarter. Putting more than one subject in an 8x10 means the faces are even smaller, and the artist cannot include any detail.

Do you ship world-wide?

Yes! Contact us for more details.
