Refund Policy

We strive for a satisfied customer above all else. You must grant the artist at least three attempts at a revision of artwork in order to correct any errors in likeness or design, and must respond to contact regarding the approval of revisions or completed artwork in a timely manner. After two attempts to contact you regarding these matters, any finished artwork may be considered forfeit, and a refund will be issued upon your request for the total purchase price. Refunds will not be issued automatically, and must be requested.

In the event that you have received your finished artwork, we require an in-home period of not less than 4 weeks before a refund can be requested. If, after this adjustment period, you have determined that the artwork is unsuitable, you may return the completed artwork and all other products, and request a refund of the purchase price. You are responsible for shipping costs of returned products.

You may request a 100% refund of your purchase price, minus the cost of any digital alterations that have already been started or completed, if you do so before artwork has commenced on your order.

Frames: Because all computer screens render color differently, please be aware that the color or appearance of your frame may differ in person from that available in photographs. For this reason, we do not refund frames unless the frame has been shipped to you in error, or has been damaged by us. Damages occurred in shipping must be addressed with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Policy

We will notify you at every stage of the artwork process, including when it has been shipped from the artist to the fulfilment center, and when it has been shipped from the fulfilment center to you. The turnaround time between receiving artwork at the fulfilment center, and shipping artwork to the customer is typically within 1-3 business days, but is subject to delay without notice.

You will be contacted to approve all artwork before it is shipped from the artist to the fulfilment center. It is your responsibility to promptly respond to all requests for approval, and we will not be held responsible for any delays in shipping due to late responses regarding the approval of artwork.

As soon as the shipping carrier takes possession of the order, we are longer responsible for any delays in arrival, or the condition of the order upon its arrival. Our fulfilment center does its absolute best to ensure that all orders are carefully packaged, including custom cutting boxes, and providing materials for the protection of the artwork, frames, and any other items included in the order. Any damage incurred in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier, and must be addressed with the carrier.

Tracking is provided for your convenience, and all shipment information is approximated, and the responsibility of the carrier. If you have any issues or concerns with the arrival of your package, please contact the indicated carrier. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries owing to any issues that are the responsibility of the carrier. In the event that we have failed to ship a rush order on time, where you have promptly provided approval for shipping, a refund of rush fees will be assessed on an individual basis.
